Build Your Own Gaming PC

Want to Build Gaming Pc to play WoW on, what parts do i need to play WoW smoothly?

Hi, I've never built a computer before but i'm pretty sure i would be able to learn. The part i'm not having fun with is picking out the right parts for it. My budget is about 700USD. I'll be playing mainly World of Warcraft on it, So i'm looking for a system that would be able to run it smoothly.
