What is the difference between an Asus H61, H68 and Z68 motherboard, and what do you recommend?

I want to build my own gaming pc, and I'd like to know what the difference is between those motherboards, and what you recommend , which i should get.

  1. H61 / H67 = Has integrated graphics. Does not feature overclocking options.

    P67 = Has overclocking options. Does not feature integrated graphics.

    Z68 = Features integrated graphics AND overclocking options, and a new feature for solid state drives called 'SSD caching.'
