What is the best motherboard for the Radeon HD 6990?

I am planning on building my own gaming PC and i wanted to know other peoples' opinions on what the best motherboard would be for the Radeon HD 6990 so that i dont make a mistake on buying the wrong one. I have no budget and i just want to know your opinions on this. Thanks and also i am planning on using an Intel® Core™ i7-3960X Processor Extreme Edition (15M Cache, 3.30 GHz)

The AMD RADEON HD 6990 supports the PCI Express 2.1 x16 bus interface so any newer motherboard that supports that version of the PCI-Express specification will work fine with it. What matters for determining the board that would work best for you is what other features you require like:

    RAID support

    SSD caching

    Memory speed and maximum amount

    Physical size of the board

    On-board ports

    Number of PCI-Express slots (Crossfire/SLI)

    CPU support (AMD or Intel)

    Reliability by brand?

    Too many factors to suggest a single board. Throw in price and any of the above may be limited.
