Information on building my own gaming PC?
I really need to get another computer, and I had my sights on building one, but was afraid of the out come. I'm afraid of failing at one small thing when building my pc and getting angry an smashing the rest that I would have built. So I guess the real question here is, is building your own computer hard? I know a lot of people who have built there own computer who have said " it's almost like a giant puzzle piece. You just got to know which place to put things." I become frustrated really easy and I don't know if I will have the patience to build a complex piece of machinery. Any information would help me with this problem. Also, how much money would it take for me to build my own computer? Thx in advance!
- It's not difficult at all. You just have to make sure you know what you want from your rig. Whether you wanna overclock your rig or not? How much eye candy you want in games? Stuff like that. If you're need any help regarding the parts, checkout Tomshardware.com, it probably contains answers for your every question.
- Building can be a hassle if its completely new but looking into parts and doing as much research as you can ahead of time will help immensely. If you have a Micro Center in your area they hold building workshops where they'll help you and walk you through building your machine in store. My biggest recommendation would be to make sure you get a case that allows for good cable management as it will make your job much simpler. Silverstone fortress series especially FT02 are great cases with great stock cooling and cable management but they do run a little pricey
