Building a gaming pc?

Hey all. Im starting a new project on building my own gaming pc for the summer, is the following set up i have choosen good enough to run higher demanding games on the market such as crysis etc? if so, how good? ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe motherboard ( AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Socket AM2 ( Cooler Master Hyper 212 cpu cooler ( OCZ 2GB Kit(2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 Memory NVIDIA SLI Ready CL4 Unbuffered 2.1V ( XFX 8800GTX 768MB GDDR3 (x1) ( Thermaltake tr2 500w psu 2 Seagate 500Gb HDD Wndows xp home edition (32bit) Luna atx case Let me know what you all think. thanks

  1. its ok, but you cant just take all those "ok"ts and put it with that awesome video card. You should get a better prosser, and upgrade to a 750w psu. If you are on a budget you can take away one of those hard drives. but from here it looks good!

    p.s. i would REALLY recommend a better prosser...really....

    and use newegg...its way better that whatever online shop that is...

    and compared it to the specs you have, and it seems you have about enough to play it.

No, sorry your XFX won't work with the system, and if you get this processor you will be best using XP 64, i suggest spending the bulk of your cash on the best board you can get, as you can up-grade in the coming months, at the moment you should be thinking of building a total DDR3 system. but if you wanna budget for now... check -
